The facility appears to be clean and the grounds and pool are very nice. It is a good location for our purposes.
Hot water was in short supply--especially in the evening. Although the bed was soft and comfortable--the sheets were paper thin and better quality linens could have added comfort to the sleeping experience

Location: the hotel was right by shopping, stores, many recreational activities, and a GFCI outlet. It had excellent food!

It was very close to where we needed to be for the week.

The comfort of being outside or inside. Inside - cool and outside -warm. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and of course the golf and the restaurant right next to us. We were in building # 8 and our deck looked out onto the 18th hole golf green . We used the pool, hot tub, the barbecue, and the benches by the fountain by the 18th hole.
We phoned about the garborator and someone said they would be up that evening and no one came. The next day we phoned again and still no-one came.

No complains at all, we will certainly stay here again when in Mesa. We think it's a chilled-out base for staying in Mesa. It offers excellent service. What is more, WiFi worked throughout the property.

The room was fantastic with an amazing jacuzzi tub and a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course! The outdoor pool and BBQ facilities made for some great downtime after a long day. Just wish the bathroom had been a little cleaner. I really enjoyed my stay 😊

They had a kitchen in the room. It was very nice to be able to make the food. The Beds were also very comfy and the bathroom was huge. They had a shower/hot tub bathtub.
It was located by a busy street. I got woken up by cars passing by, but other than that it was nice.

The room was efficient. Had microwave, fridge & sink. Nice pool & hot tub. Location was perfect.
Did not like the fact that you have to pay for the business center. Though I was on vacation for a couple of days, there was some work that I needed to do while I was there & needed to be on line to do so.

Being able to see the golf course.
The pool had no drinks available. The staff was not very friendly. They didn't come to clean our room if I wasn't gone before 9:00. I like to sleep in on vacation and not be rushed.

Great hotel-right next to golf course and is perfect for a family because of the amenities. (Pool, volleyball, playground, and even has outdoor grills) I stayed in a suite with my family and it was equipped perfect. I booked the regular room for extra family and the staff hooked us up with joining rooms. Not very often when price shopping does this happen so we were more than pleased. I would say book the suite if you can afford it. It's well worth the extra $20. I would and will be staying here again.

Limited parking near my room. I was in a lock-off studio, and there was considerable noise coming through the door of the other room. Expected a bit more room even in a studio. Not a single comfortable place to sit in the room.

The size of the one bedroom room was great for my family. I wass able to do early check in which was helpful with my baby getting her afternoon nap. The leather couches were so comfortable!
Our sheets were dirty upon our arrival. They still smelled of mens cologne. We did let the front desk know and they were changed very quickly after.
